Ingredients

Finely minced chicken breast meat 65%, batter (rapeseed oil,wheat flour, cornmeal, modified starch, water,Wheat semolina, breadcrumbs, [Wheat flour,[Table salt, yeast], corn grits, table salt, sugar, dextrose, starch, spices, sunflower oil, spice extracts), water, potato starch, glucose syrup, table salt, spices, herbs.

Preparation

In the oven:Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan-assisted). Place the frozen chicken nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-14 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Turn over halfway through baking.
In the deep fryer:Preheat the deep fryer to 160°C. Fry the frozen chicken nuggets for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Then drain on paper towels.
In the pan:Add a little oil to the pan and heat over medium heat. Fry the frozen nuggets for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
In the combi steamer:Heat the frozen nuggets in a preheated combi steamer at 190ºC for approximately 7-8 minutes.
