Ingredients

Turkey and chicken meat 80%, some finely minced, breadcrumbs (wheat flour(Water, salt, yeast), poultry fat with skin (chicken and turkey), onions,egg, iodized table salt (table salt, potassium iodate),wheat starch,LactoseDextrose, vegetable oils and fats (rapeseed, palm, in varying proportions), spices,Mustard(Water,Mustard seeds, Spirit vinegar, salt, spices, sugar).

Preparation

In the oven:Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the frozen chicken meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 22 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Turn them over halfway through.
In the pan:Heat a pan with a little oil over medium heat. Place the frozen meatballs in the pan and fry for about 10 minutes, turning regularly, until they are evenly golden brown and cooked through.
In the deep fryer:Deep-fry the frozen meatballs at 140ºC for approximately 10 minutes.
In the combi steamer:Heat the frozen poultry meatballs in a preheated combi steamer at 160ºC; 0% RH for approx. 15 minutes.
