Ingredients

Preparation

In the pan:Heat a pan with a little oil over medium heat. Place the frozen schnitzels in the pan and fry for about 8 minutes, turning regularly, until they are evenly golden brown and cooked through.
In the deep fryer:Deep-fry the frozen schnitzels at 160ºC for approximately 7 minutes.
In the combi steamer:Place the frozen schnitzels on a baking tray, lightly coat with oil, and cook in a preheated combi steamer at 210ºC, 30% RH for approximately 9 minutes.
